We don’t have office hours. Schedule an appointment and a manager will meet you at the facility.

When do I have access to my storage unit?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is facility near any colleges or universities?

Our facility is just 5 miles away from East Carolina University and Pitt Community College.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (e.g. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX), check, cash, and money order.

Do you require a deposit?

No. You won’t have to pay a deposit. There is a one-time Administration Fee upon move-in. Get started and pay your monthly bill with no concern of hidden fees.
